How winter tramping helped me radiate deep cellular inner peace

Stepping into the forest I felt a vibration of peace. Spent hours walking this tempo of peace. The vibration shifting, shaking my cells until I felt an updated version of it radiating from my heart.

How are you faring as we emerge from winter and head towards spring?

It’s been quite a doozy winter judging from people I’ve been seeing and chatting to. Questions arising about: what and why you’re doing what you do; exploring different ways of Being; lots of illness; And this week the passing of Kīngi Tūheitia.

Kua hinga te tōtara o Te Waonui a Tāne. May he Rest In Peace.

Recently I tramped the Timber Trail. Four blissful days with the ngahere. Stepping into the forest I felt a vibration of peace. Spent hours walking this tempo of peace. The vibration shifting, shaking my cells until I felt an updated version of it radiating from my heart.

It’s different than I’ve felt before.

Every cell, organ, system of my being harmonising, honouring each other, radiating this peace.

An amazing embodied feeling and recognition that peace starts within.

I was reminded how challenging it can be to feel peace, to witness it land in places on earth where news shows it’s absence. Especially if your cells are unaware of what it is to be in harmony, appreciate each others differences, functions and roles, and that they’re each part of a whole.  Your body gives you a great template as of this for how it can be in of our wider society.

I see reminders all over of people yet to feel / appreciate or witness peace.

“Oh I hate my nose”

“My bum’s too big/small/fat/flat”

“I can’t wear that, you can see my muffin top”

“My boob are too big/small/floppy”

Where did you forget to be your biggest advocate of the incredible vessel that enables you to live on this planet (your body).

The impact these messages, blockages, beliefs have on your body is too great.

I invite you to play the remainder of winter/beginning of spring. Play with inviting peace in. Play with sending peaceful messages to yourself. Recognise the beauty of your Being and the way it supports you experience life.

Notice the vibration of this. It might feel weird to begin with in the way new things can. Stick with it, and notice what shifts within and around you. If you can get into nature, play with walking the tempo of peace as I did.
